now I just need to figure how i made my camera (or computer) do that...I didn't even notice that till now. All three pictures are actually the wrong way, bizarre, I will take some new ones when I get on wheels this weekend and wash it good with some LCR.

You can flip them back with microsoft office picture manager...look under tools and you will see "rotate and flip"

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

My 1971 C-10 daily driver. I got it so clean it is scary. I found it on Craigslist by a 80 year old guy who had a 62 Impala coupe (he bought brand new), 56 Chevy hard top sedan, and a 54 Chevy 2dr coupe (all original). He said one had to go as he was getting to old to drive it to his sisters for storage every winter!

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

Here are some pics of the '72 after the frame switch. It will be flat black before long. I want to lower it and rebuild the motor, and one of these days resto-rod it.

If one of the guys that photochops wants to do one of these pics I would appreciate it. Lower it about 4/6.. Thanks.

You're so lucky to be heading into summer. We're driving home in darkness after work now, and the snow is flying in some parts.

Fine looking truck too.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

A little progress on my stepside, the rearend, trailing arms, springs and shocks from my parts truck got swapped in, I swapped on some 16" wheels and tires, found some hubcaps at the junkyard (they're the newer style, but they look decent without the black paint). It also runs and drives now.

This place has been very helpful with lots of good info available, glad to be a part of it.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

Here's my new project 68 LWB, straight 6 w/ 3 speed on column. Plans call for converting to short bed, air suspension, 6 lug Rally's, small block and automatic. Thinking of doing hot rod black, powdercoat the rally's red and do a black and red interior. Picked it up for $500, needs rockers and driver side floor, probably will need new doors as well. Truck came with patch panels for rockers and floor. Going to take me a couple of years to complete but looking forward to it.

If your gramps was like mine, he would be turning over in his grave if he saw how you ruined a good work truck by puttin it down on the ground... I thnk it looks sweet, though. It's good to keep it in the family. What engine/ trans are you runnin?

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks

The only thing he would have had a problem with is the money I spent. The Eng. is a 496 with a Richmond 5 speed behind it .
