Prior owner did the engine/trans swap. Believe it is a L92/6L80 with; dakota digital gauges, remote start, 2000 watt inverter, aux battery sys, hyd brakes, 4 whl disc, vintage air/heat, 1 piece pwr windows, pwr locks, tilt shift, new carpet, bluetooth radio, speakers, alarm, LS radiator/electric fans, tuffy security box.

1972 long bed Chevy Cheyenne, has a 350 rebuilt automatic engine. Body in good shape for its age, has some issues in rocker panel, but nothing crazy, the usual spots for these trucks. Bench seat and headliner were reupholstered. Has original paint, runs great, it also has AC believe it not!!! Clean title, tires have plenty of tread. The western body is rust free. Zero. Undercarriage is very nice. Paint has been wet sanded and buffed a show car shine. Shows very well.
Interior is mostly original and looks great. Gauges and dash lights work. radio does not.
The bed is original and is presentable.
This Chevy rides and drives excellent. Engine runs awesome. Very smooth. Runs cool. Transmission and clutch work excellent. Brakes work well.
Tires all match 245/75/16 date 2021. Very nice alloy wheels. Have the spare.
Lights all work. Horn does not.
Not many nice Longhorns around any more. Asking 26,500. Might consider trades but not to enthused. No campers, boats or bikes. Offers over email or txt will ignored.

The truck was mostly used for immediate, neighborhood driving.
The rear, passenger side tire needs to be replaced. The strip/decorative
siding started pealing back a bit. The passenger side hood "coil/spring"
is broken and needs to be replaced. It has some rust, and there is a hole
in the passenger side floor. (See Included Picture). The two sun visors
wore out/broke down, and need to be replaced.
The truck cranks but does not turn over. I think this is from having sat
too long, without being driven. Before I parked it in my driveway, it used
to start, and I was able to drive it; without any problems...The odometer
currently reads "36,286." miles. I cannot say, one way or another, if the
odometer ever turned ever. I inherited the truck and was never in charge
of its maintenance, and have no maintenance records.
Be advised, what I've said about the truck is
all I know and understand regarding it. I'm asking $2,800.00

3 on the tree, 292 straight 6 cylinder. 92k original miles and still running and stopping. Original color, really in good shape for age. One rust spot and needs bed package (see pics). The bench seat has a rip on the drivers. Although color says brown, it really is more of a root beer (orange brown).
