Installing tach in dash

I bought a 76 Camaro instrument cluster that I'm going to take the tachometer out of and install it in my 71's dash panel. I know some of you out there have done this mod, do you have any good pictures to post (of the way that you mounted and cut the inner panels) What about a tach filter??? I assume I will need one of these??? Does anybody have one that they want to get rid of? I'm also going to take the electric clock out and put that in the panel too. But I need to test these items first before I go cutting up my dash!!!! Are there any simple tests other than hooking the tach and clock up to the vehicle? TJ

Re: above"POST" link....

Man, that was a good install and finish product! I think that is what you'll be looking for with your Tach needs!
