Van Frame?

Hey, are the fullsize van frames the same as the pickup frames as far as hitch mounting is concerned?

There is a van at the local wreckers with a hitch rated for 12 000 lbs, but I don't wanna bother pulling it off unless it will fit my truck...

The other option is a hitch that is on a Suburban, I'm sure that it would bolt up though, right?
