Floor mat install advice needed

I am going to install new jute, padding and floor mat in my truck tomorrow. Any tips from those who have done it?

The last tip I got from the group about the large paper clips to hold the door gasket in place while the adhesive dried was priceless.

Thanks in advance!

Sit the carpet in the sun while you install the other stuff. The warmth will make it easier to work with and get the wrinkles out.

Thanks, everything came rolled up so I am hoping some time in the sun will make them more pliable.
