Pictures in past posts
I just went to the FAQ section to see the post on the difference between truck and blazer bucket seats. But there were no pictures. Does that have something to do with the new board?

The pictures that I wanted to see were posted by Rod. I picked up a set of 73 blazer buckets on Sunday. I remembered that Rod had posted pictures of all the different brackets used from 67 to 72 on the bucket seats. I wanted to see what I'm looking for, I think the seats are the same but the brackets are different.

Pic of blazer bucket seat brackets.
The pic shows correct ones. Regular seat brackets cant be used for buckets as the mounting is not parallel with the tracks as correct bucket seat brackets are. Newer 73-up brackets are taller by 1.5 inches. So your seat tops would be visible in the back window of the truck. The foams and seats can work with a little foam cutting. The newer seat foams (73 up) look at little more squared off in the top corners to me.

Thanks Rod. I bought a set of the repo truck brackets for the pass. side. Do they sit flat on the floor?? The holes don't line up with the holes on the floor.
