71 burb question

yes i know there is a burb board but most everyone hangs here so this is where im tossing out my question i looked at a 71 burb this weekend but it was just a look from the outside, didnt open doors or pop hood etc. from the outside there are just two minor spots of rust around quarter area and front of wheelwell. nothing i could see on gate or doors or sills. interior is complete with all seats and front and rear air. 350 and automatic. truck is all stock eastern wash vehicle. that means real dry area to out of staters. my question is...is there anything i need to really look out for in a burb that may be a hidden problem area? i think i have a handle on the obvious things to look for. im going to take a close look at it tomorrow or wednesday after work. any info would be gratefully appreciated...thanks

Check out the rear hatch and lift gate for rot... or if barn door check it for rot at bottom of doors......
area below tail lights gets rotten... spare wheel tub as 68 Suburban suggested...
look at the rear wheel wells, inside the rear fender wells also.

look out for "hidden" rust like in this picture. I didn't see any of this until I got it home.
