Stupid Question!
How do you get the ignition switch out of the dash?

Ignition swich
There should be a tiny hole in the outer cylinder. Use a stiff wire or maybe a paper clip might fit and turn the ignition switch as you push in.
It has been a while since i have removed one. But that is the way I remember it. Thanks Charlie

put it in accessory position, paper clip in small hole, depress spring loaded pin, twist and pull out with key.unscrew the bezel and its done.
if you don't have a key, unscrew bezel as far as possible and use a BFH and a punch to knock it out.

The 67 won't have the acc position, insert the paper clip and with the key, turn it counter clockwise. You migh have to wiggle and jiggle it a bit, but it should start to turn. Kinda pulling on the key helps a bit too sometimes.

I have only messed with a few 67/68 trucks, but none of them had the counter clockwise ACC position. Only clockwise IGN and CRANK positions.
