Exhaust routing on lowered trucks

Where do you get the muffler guy to route the exhaust tubing on a 4/5" dropped LWB?

What header is the best? I am thinking a Shorty to keep it tucked up. I would like to have it protected.

What are your thoughts on where it exits, I would like it to exit Rear corners, but I think I will get it to exit before the wheels. Because of the bends it will have to take from the axle being so close to the bed. Comments.

I'm doing a 4/6 drop and I'm using shorty headers and the new trailing arm crossmember that ECE has. I'm running it up in the frame all the way out the back. Then some small chrome turn down tips just outside each frame rail under the rear bumper.

I'm going to need to do my exhaust soon too... Has anyone routed their exhaust on the outside of the framerails (mufflers under the cab) and dump in front of the rear tires? This looks like the best way for me to keep everything tucked up tight which I need now that I have airbags. I don't want turn-downs since that's what I have now and it's deafening inside the cab when I'm stopped.
