Honda S2000 Vs. ME, not 10min ago
Hahahaha, hahahaha, hahah, ha,,,,,,ha....ok. I'm done. Just had to let everyone know, i had her to the needle not more then a half hour ago . Just cruzing south on highway 101 (up in nor.cal) when i see this s2000 comming up on me in the fast lane. Appears to be some yuppy yup yup touring wine country (like the rest of'm!) with his blonde bimbo etc. etc. I'm just hallin along, TOPLESS (yeehaw), right hand up on the roll bar, c'mon, you guys know what i'm talking about. I guess MR. Fancy pants thought he'd be hott sh!t passing a vehichle as dope-@$$ as ours, or thought i was an easy target? His drop top against mine? impress his woman maybe?
Eh, i let him get all the way, right side by side, till i actually stepped on the gas and blew his doors off!!!! hahahahah.....Definetly the last thing he expected in his new 04 vs. some hicks 33 year old chevy Been about a year since i had her up close to the needle...who else just doesnt know how fast they're ever gone! Only reason i noticed(my speed) is, only had 1/8 tank full! Once i got around 90+ things start getting a little floaty |

Too bad ya didn't get it on video! That's great! Not sure if I'd take my rig up to 90+, especially my '69 with the 35's. Actually, I don't think it would do 90!

I've had my 4x4 Blazer over 90 and it is fairly stable. I do have all new steering stuff though.

Nah....its for sure a 4x4. I ONLY HAVE 31's THOUGH!!!!! I usually mob atleast 80-85 as that's freeway speed up here??!?!?!?! Mountain driving and switchbacks/turns is ANoThER story! I usually wouldnt think twice (ahem - today) about pushing it 10-15mph more or so then i usually drive though. Sorry, i'll also get around to filling in the trucks specifics on my cig./tag/ info spot too
bouncytruck, SORRY, my on board dash cam was in-op. today! I know i'v been on the board a month or so now and still no pics to back my ride , BUT will soon! I'll jack my girls digi cam when her parents get back from DC with it. promise! iv been on her case about it a couple times these past weeks but, keeps slipping our minds, not really her fault anyways luv2xclr8 - Then how scary does 100 sound? I didnt today, but know it will..No, my 350 is by no means stock. And i'm SURE alot of you guys have blazers that would leave mine in the DUST Looks like skid knows what's up...however, my steering/susp. ~stuff~ is orig, or close to it! 33years old - this is probably where the floaty-ness comes from. A full tank eliminates that though - what a fix for shot suspencion!!! I'v never gone that fast - with the TOP ON. Just kept it around 80-maybe 85 passing. Only know the feeling topless. Just cant help myself when i see something like that comming up in the rear view , we i know who the true king of the highway / road warrior really is and no, there was NO other traffic on the highway . john |
