Battery Ground??
Where is the best place to ground the battery. Mine right now is on the alternator bracket. just wondering of some more ideas where to put it. thanks

Mine botls directly to the intake manifold. It is an Edelbrock Performer series aluminum low rise intake

I also have mine on the alternator braket. I tried to ground it to the frame but that didn't work

The reason I asked is because when it's hot outside she is slow to crank. and I've heard that a poor ground would make it do that.

Mine is on the exhaust manifold bolt (closest to the front, pass side), because my heads don't have any accessory bolt holes.

I always had a problem with a major ground cable on an alum. manifold because of corrosion. Best place in my opinion is either on the cyl head, or further down near the fuel pump if it won't interfere with the fuel lines

Prefer mine like the photo...
Usually a bolt hole there on small blocks.
