Blazer tank install questions

Leave it to me to lose the instructions. Tank is in but I have a few loose ends.... The EEC connections? Which way do they go? I have one connection on drivers side and one on passenger side of the tank that I need to figure out. The charcoal cannister in the engine compartment is labeled for three connections: carb, PCV, fuel tank. That gives me two places on the tank but only one on the cannister. So, where would the extra connection on the tank go? Thanks, Mike

You might have a fuel return line. I have one on my 72 "behind the seat" tank. I may also be a total idiot as well though since I haven't done that conversion yet and therefore should truthfully be keeping my mouth shut.

Sorry, didn't catch what year truck it is. That will make the difference. The connections themselves don't matter, just where you send them all. Suction off the sending unit, then the return to the 5/16 fitting and the charcoal filter you can plug or route to one or the other. Mine is not used as it is TPI. I just use the suction and return fittings. The rest are plugged except for the overflow back to the filler. Hope that helps, Jeff.

Thanks guys... The fuel feed and return to the gas filler is already hooked up. I'm going to send the passenger side line to the charcoal cannister and the other one I will plug and see what happens. There is no fuel return on the 72 I-6 that I can find. Thanks, Mike
