Rustfree 68 Short Fleet Bargain
I THOUGHT I'D OFFER THIS THING HERE FIRST. IF I DON'T GET ANY TAKERS, I'LL GO AHEAD & FINISH IT UP, PAINT IT, & SELL NEXT MONTH AT THE HOT AUGUST NITES SWAPMEET. (FOR CONCIDERABLY MORE THAN I'M ASKING NOW) IT HAS BUCKETS OUT OF A 69 GTO, B&M RATCHETT SHIFTER, FRESH 454, ZERO MILES ON A T-400,LOKAR GAS PEDAL, THROTTLE CABLE, & KICKDOWN FOR THE T-400. NEW AFTERMARKET DOORS, FENDERS, INNERS, & A COWL HOOD. IT HAS AN ALUMINUM FUEL CELL, CHROME RALLYS WITH STEEL DURBY CAPS, & TIRES THAT HAVE LESS THAN 1000 MILES ON THEM. I'VE GOT A RUSTFREE SHORT FLEET BED FOR IT. THIS WAS ORIGIONALLY A AIR FORCE TRUCK.I PICKED THIS UP IN A SWAP WITH A GOOD BUDDY,(WHOS ALSO A NEVADA BOARDMEMBER) & JUST HAVE MORE TRUCKS THAN I NEED RIGHT NOW. HERES SOME PIC.S I NEED $4500 FIRM OR I MIGHT TRADE FOR A 55 CHEVY. JOHN

I can vouch for this truck. That is a very good price john is asking. The receipts alone add up to more than that. JIM

I also agree with FROST89434. I have seen this truck in person for the last 2 years being built and driven. A steal at that price.

IT'S SOLD......... THANKS TO EVERYBODY FOR CONCIDERING THIS PROJECT. I HAVE TO MANY PROJECTS GOING RIGHT NOW. I'M THINKING ABOUT SELLING MY 71 K5 CST BLAZER, & MY 68 3/4 TON PANEL WAGON. WHO KNOWS. IF I SOLD THOSE TWO, I WOULD HAVE MY FLEET WITTLED DOWN TO A MUCH MORE MANAGEABLE FOUR TRUCKS. JOHN

Congrats John, my buddy just sold his Pro -Street Cuda last night and he was going to contact you about it. He got a quote today of $1145 to ship it to Baltimore. I didn't even notice your "sold" post this morning. My secret plan was to buy it from him after he got bored with it,LOL. That's how I got my current truck. Them Mopar guys don't know any better,LOL.
