Brake drum covers
Anyone use those covers you can mount between the drum and the rim?
Was thinking of getting some and painting them yellow would look better than the drums I have painted yellow now. It is a daily driver and dont think the brakes ever get really hot. Thanks

bad idea. the fins on the brake drums are for cooling, if you cover them up they cant do what they're designed to do. if they dont get "hot" now, chances are they will before you're done.

Are you talking about drum covers, or wheel plates? They make covers that go over the drums that are probably not a good idea. The wheel plates that go behind your wheel so you can't see through work just fine. I don't care for them when they are painted though....
