70 C-20 Long bed for sale, (not mine)

I stopped and looked at a 70 C-20 Long bed truck yesterday but did not buy it, (too many projects).

It is a fixable truck , runs and drives and it is for sale for $1,000, (they may take offers).

The following is a description of the truck:

-350 engine, runs, but misses, (may not be a serious problem)
oil pressure is good. Engine was said to be a 79, Suffix
code TDY, (which could be a 72,73, or 80 350 from a
truck. brackets and power steering are a collection of
pieces and parts, has headers

- 4 core radiator looks good, shroud is shot

-TH 350 transmission, long tailshaft

-Has decent aluminum wheels with decent 33" tires

-bed is very solid but has rust at the top edge inside,
(strange), nice tailgate

-frame looks really good, leaf springs in rear

-front fenders are good, doors are bad, hood is bad

-Cab is very fixable and is AC with most interior parts, no
AC engine parts, would need rockers, and some misc.
work, tinted windows and rear slider, no lights on cab

-This is not a Michigan truck, it is way too solid

If interested call the owner, the truck is 50 miles away from me, so I can't run over and take pics. I just posted it because of the AC cab, which a lot of truck owners are looking for. I don't know the owner and he does not know me.
