For Sale . . . 3.73 rear end
OK folks, I need some room in the garage, I have the orginal 6 lug 3.73 non pozi rear end out of my 69 C-10. Help a brother out! I need the space in the garage, and the $$$ to dump into my truck. It has new steel lines, and wheel cylinders. Worked great and looks like it has a great wear pattern. No tires included. I would like to get $100 OBO for it. Thanks guys. . . .

Offer this one to ocbaud -- He is looking for a better gear ratio, and this is totally in his price range...

Do you still have the rear end for sale? I will give you the total you are asking. Can you ship? Or take apart and just ship the insides, with axles? Let me know, I trashed out mine. Thanks, Short Wide 4x4

Well, I have not heard from 6600duramax at all, and I need it gone. So yes, I guess it is still for sale! And yes, I would be willing to strip it and send it out. SO you would need the carrier, gears and axles correct? I would just need a way to figure out how to ship those safely. If you want them, please PM quick. Or SUnday, I strip out the carrier and gears and it hits evilbay!!!

Sorry I took so long to reply, I had to take the old lady out to eat, Got to try and keep her happy ya know. I would really like the whole rear end, but don't know if you want to mess with that kind of a hassel, or if that is even possible. Let me know, would probably take just the insides, if I have to. Depends on shipping and all. May have another one located but won't know until Monday though, so let me know so I'll know which way to go. Thanks Cliff.(short wide 4x4)

Sorry, I thought I was waiting on you till monday. Ya, shipping the whole rear end doesn't seem like it would be worth it. Couldn't even really put it on a pallet due to width. But if you really want the whole thing, and you quote out the shipping, and they have a answer to shipping something this size, I will be more than happy to help you out. Other wise, I would also be more than happy to strip the guts out, and make them yours. Please let me know, I really, really need the space. I was just out in the garage trying to make some head way on the mess in there. . . . .

Really need the whole thing, probably going to kill me on price since im in texas. Shipping would be to 78028. If you get a price or if it is possible to send, let me know the price. Iwill know if I could use just the insides tomorrow night. a friend is checking mine for a possible hole or crack, and that is why I probably need the whole thing. Thanks again.

i don`t need the rearend but i thought i would tell you about shipping the rearend. i just bought a f*rd 9" housing from ebay . it`s totally bare, no axles, 3rd member, nothing. the guy just shrink wrapped it and sent it to me. it cost about $50 to ship it from back east somewhere to california. i`m pretty sure it was ups but i can check if you want. you could send the housing out that way and ship everything else in boxes. just trying to help you sell it.

BTW - short wide 4x4, you do know this is a 2x4 rear end right? It's for a coil spring set-up. I just wanted to make sure, being your name has 4x4 in it. . . . .
