Does anyone know where I can get polyurethane panhard bushings for my stock panhard bar?

I think I got mine from GMCPauls. Yep found the receipt the PN was J-RTAB302 for the "Track Arm Bushing" This was actually in 2002 so you probably could check the number. They were 17.00 at the time Dave

The Energy Suspension part number is 3.7104 (60-72 Rear Tracking Arm Bushing Set). You re-use the outer sleeve of your existing bushings. I got my set at the local parts store for under $10. My original bushings were shot so you could shake the bed side to side and get a lot of movement (and a clanking noise). The new poly bushings made things tight again.

That is the part number for the 1/2 ton panhard bar (tracking arm) bushings. The part number for 3/4 ton panhard bar is 3.7116 . The part number for the rear trailing arm bushings is 3.3123 . Here is the link for Chevy 2wd Trucks: http://www.energysuspension.com/pages/c2wd1.html
