Here we go again.. ROAD TRIP.. Ga-Tx...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well its getting that time again. Some of yall know that my daughter, Candace has a MAJOR surgery comming up next month. And that we travel from home here in Ga to the Shriners Hosp. in Galveston Tx for her surgeries. This surgery will require 4 such trips, the first one being her "pre-op" visit, the appt is on the 7th of Sept, we leave Ga on the 5th, and will return home on the 8th. Next trip will be the surgery trip, We leave home on the 18th of Sept, her surgery being on the 21st, should be at the hospital for 5-10 days, then will have 2 more post-op trips after the surgery. We travel I-10 pretty much the whole trip except for a switch off to I-12 in LA for a short time. Any one that can offer their # for an emergency along the way would be much appreciated!! Last trip was during Hurricaine Claudette, if it were not for Papao55, I dont know what we would have done, he made a HUGE difference with his assistance!! (thank you again Papa Noel!!!)
Otherwise, if yall could keep us in mind thru these times, it would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!
Thanks for everything!!!!

I wish you both luck, I would offer you my number but it would only be for comfort. Being this is just a tad over the limit for a local drive..

At least you guys will be cruising in style...in the burban.... Just think, it'll be even more stylish when you install those factory tint rear windows in the barn doors and install em!! Best wishes to you, Candace, and the rest of the junkie family on this trip, and all future trips.

I'm in NE Alabama, so I can't do much since you will be in way south Alabama. Good luck and hope everything goes well with the surgery. Being through a few surgeries myself, I know pretty much what it is like, especially afterwards. Whatever the surgery is for, I pray that the surgeons will do their best and there won't be any complications.
