chevelle driveshaft fits perfect! 1pc swap.
I was going to order a new 1pc driveshaft to get rid of the carrier bearing on my 1971 short bed.
my original 1966 Chevelle shaft fit perfect. My 71 has a ECE 4"and 6" drop, 406 small block and turbo 350 trans. Truck feels much more solid when getting on it or just crusing thru the gears. Just thought I would pas it on..... |

Is yous Th 350 a short shaft, or a long shaft unit?
I know with a small block in the correct location, short shaft Th350, SWB, and coil spring rear with a 12 bolt requires a 4 foot 10 inch drive shaft. |

Is that measurement from center-to-center of U-joints or overall?
