yup, and a p/s pump, and a fan, all the pulleys, etc. Pretty much everything from the donor vehicle. A/c delete pulleys are really hard to find if you arent going to run a/c in your truck too.

You will need a reverse flow water pump as the serpentine system causes the pump to run the opposite way. Your local NAPA parts delaer can help you out with this.

And make sure to remember what the parts came off of, that way when you get replacement parts...say a water pump, you just tell them it is off a 92 S-10 blazer with the 4.3....or what ever you pull it all off of.

Does not matter which way an alternator spins, or mounts. You will need the correct pulley though which can be swapped onto your alternator, but now would be the time to upgrade to an internal reg if you haven't already.

The old alternators dont really fit into the new brackets... Its way eaiser to get one off of the truck or car the other stuff comes off of. If you are lucky you can even find the bracket that fits the cs144 alternator.
