The regulator looks like it will work on your truck and it is listed as working on those year vehicles.

why bother with ebay ??? it's a common part carried at local auto parts store that you can buy for about the same price and not have to pay for shipping

I've found an outstanding source is AC-Direct.com. They have excellent prices, better than any parts supplier or the GM dealers. Shipping is reasonable and you'd be amazed at how many parts you can find here.
