Anyone run across a good deal at the Arlington Swap Meet?
I picked up a new set of bucket seats for my 1970 project. They are out of a 2001 chevy. It has a center console that folds up into a 3rd seat. It also has the seat belt in the seat. I stoped by Kenny's booth and picked up a new dash bezel and a dome light. I've just about got everything installed.
Man were there some nice rides there, but it sure was HOT!

It was plenty hot out there. I didn't find any deals I couldn't live without.
There were some nice vehicles out there, but it seemed like most of the parts were way overpriced to me. I've seen some of the same people trying to sell the exact same overpriced junk for the past 3 years. You'd think they would get tired of hauling it around and price it right if they really want to sell it? The only thing I ended up buying was a $5 folding chair and a bottle of cold water so I could sit under one of the shade trees and cool off. I like the Pate and Decatur swap meets better.
