Need longer u bolts

hey guys i was wondering if you all new of a place where i could get some longer u bolts i need at least 13 5/8 long. i talked to acouble of places and they only delt in bulk. if you all could hel I would appreciate it. thanks

I used to have them made at a truck supply house that did some fabrication work. Give them the specs and they would make them

Yup, had mine made too. Found a metal fabrication company in town, dropped by with my short U-bolt and told them I need two of these 1.5 inches longer...15 minutes later they were ready.

Don't forget to re-torque them after a week or so. I was amazed at how much the last set I installed stretched when I re-torqued them.

Thanks guys I never thought of having them made. I know of a spring shop not to far away that could probably do it thanks again. I could kick myself.

If the spring shop can't do it then go to your local Heavy Truck repair shop. When I worked at a 4wd shop we always went to those guys to get our U-bolts bent.
