I put the same tire on a set of 15x8's and just by looking at them I don't beleive they would go on a set of 15x10's.

30's will work, but 31's would be even better. The tread width should be the same width of the rim.

so 30x 9.5's will work? they will expand to fit that 10" rim?

darn, that means I have to buy atleast 2 tires...... I actully opened up the other 3 boxes (LOL) and found out I have bigs and littles. two of the rims are 10" wide and the other two rims are 8" wide so I guess all I need to do right now is find atleast two tires to fit the rear.

Les- 255/70/15's arn't those kinda short? I need a tire thats going to be atleast as tall as my 30" tires I have on it now because I have 4.11 gears! I'll have some pic's up maybe tomarrow.

255/70/15 are 29.2" tall.
your 30/9.50/15 are roughly 29.5" tall.
these measurements vary from brand to brand on the actual height, but are very close.

I have 31" on a 3.07 rear.

275x60-15 tires would fit the 15x10's pretty good, and with some 255x60's up front, it would look pretty mean! Be prepared to spend though, the 255 tires will proably cost $80 or so, and the 275's 90+. But who cares, it will look cool .

BFG also made/makes? a 285/70/15 in the radial t/a. Specs would be: approx 11" width; 30.7" height; 7.85 sidewall height. This would fit your req's pretty close. To keep symmetry w/front & rear proportions use a 225/70/15 on the front(a 235/70 would also work)& those specs would be: approx 8.85" width; 27.4" height; 6.2" sidewall height. The 11" rear div. by 10" wheel= 1.1" of tire/per inch of wheel as does the 8.85" front div. by 8" = 1.10" tire/per inch of wheel.
