Yeah, bought some stuff a couple months ago. Parts were great, shipping was UPS ground so you already know how slow that is. Other than the slow shipping I didn't have any problems.

I have spent a good deal of my currency there! They are in Missouri, and shipping to me in Colorado has always been 2 days by UPS Ground. They are a little high on some things, and have good prices on other things. Just need to shop around as usual.

But as to your question, I have had good experiences with them 100% of the time I have ordered.

I bought some stuff from them last month. I got an email from them acknowledging the order and saw an error. So I called, and they were able to make the correction before it shipped. I was satisfied with the stuff the sold me. I bought some light gaskets and the outside rear view mirror supports.

It's not the company's fault, it's just that UPS ground is so damn slow. It might be slow because I'm in Texas, and they're up in Missouri, but I'm not blaming ChevyDuty for anything, it's a great company.

The majority of my new parts come from Chevy Duty. I would prefer to purchase from the board supporters but Chevy Duty is so close to me that I sometimes get it next day. LMC seems to ship a little faster, must be their order processing is faster.LMC is usually more expensive also. Also Chevy Duty does have tech people to answer your questions. Only thing I have been disappointed with was the cab Corners I got from them.

I spent alot of money with them and only once had a problem. I ordered a rear chrome bumper but what I got was obviously a returned bumper as it clearly had been mounted and used on a truck and had chrome damage. It was shipped in a box with a few newspapers and no wrapping so it obviously wasn't new.

They did exchange it for me but I got the sense they thought I was pulling a fast one. I encountered a bit of attitude but I stuck to my guns and they did take care of it. Even had UPS pick it up here at my house at no cost to me. Then they sent me a free hat and keychain as a sorry gift later. Thought that was nice anyway.

Since then, I haven't ordered anything but after 2 years of owning that back bumper, the chrome was failing so I contacted them about getting it replaced since it has a 5 year warranty. They came through and again, had UPS pick it up here at my house and then sent out a brand new one once they looked it over. (only bad thing is I had to drive around for a few weeks without a back bumper)

So in short, I've been pleased with their products and service and am planning to buy from them again.

Yes its a good company. All vendors can have their own problems, its how they handle them.

If at all possible, I will order from Les at GMC Pauls...it's just better to support vendors that support this board. However, If I can't get the parts from Les I will check to see if Chevy Duty has them. No problems when I have ordered with them.

I've bought a lot of stuff from Chevy Duty. I'm kinda new as a member, have since started buying what I can from board vendors. I really like Chevy Dutys web site. Real easy to navigate and easy to buy. Think some vendors could take some ques from them in that regard. Back to the question. Thought they had excellent Customer service. When a couple of my items went back-ordered they CALLED me to let me know what was going on. Items then beat estimated arrival by a week.

I've ordered quite a few things from them. Never had any problems. Ordered some stuff online, then found more stuff I needed the next day. Called them up and added it to my internet order...no prob. The guy on the phone was plenty friendly and the parts always get here (NE Texas) pretty quick.

I just got a new colour Catologue in the mail from Chevy Duty. I have only bought a few little things like emblems, horn button, brochures and 67-72 manuals and related books. I live in Canada so shipping is slow, but I've never been in a hurry for my stuff as long as it gets to me in one piece. I would do business with 'em again.
