70 Chevy SWB 4x4 Project, $2200 NorCal
1970 Chevy 1/2 ton SWB 4x4. Truck was taken to the frame, sandblasted and painted with chassis black. All the sheet metal was rusty and rotten so the cab, doors, and bed have been replaced. Running 400 small block, rebuilt turbo 350 and 205. Differentials are 72's, so there is discs up front. Cab is pretty good, no rust in rockers, just a little pitting in the floors, good supports. The bed is good on the left side, the right side has some bondo but it's a repairable bed. 4" spring lift in front, blocks on the rear. Centerline wheels with 35 " BFG Mudders. Wheels are good, thread 90%, sidewalls have some cracking from age. Power steering, power brakes. This is a good start, but was reassembled in a hurry to move. The front sheet metal is all there, but in the bed under the canopy. Good CA title, currently in a Non Op status.
