OT - WTB 64 Dodge Polara

I have been looking for one for some time. Prefer running/driving and a complete car. May even entertain one that has been completely gone through. I may also entertain a 63 dodge, a 65 belvedere, or a 65 coronet. It must be a very clean body. Drivetrain doen't bother me much. Let me know if anyone knows of any that are out there...... Thanks!

Good choice. I had a '65 Plymouth Satellite 2 door hardtop right after high school. It had a built 440 with a 727 Torqueflite and a Dana 60 with a 3.55 Sure-Grip. That car hauled some serious ass. I've been trying to relocate it for some time now (I still have the VIN number). I should have never sold it Good luck with your search and I will keep my eyes open for ya.

Thanks! I'm kinda new to the Mopar scene, but I have been looking for a little while with no luck. Of course, being picking isn't helping either.........

Chuck, you make me feel so stupid....................., but you are entirely correct (see my new signature). Looking for something very solid, mostly complete. I actually called on a 64 polara in Gilbert, Az. last week, but I was on the phone for about 5 minutes with the guy and decidied it wasn't the one for me.

Cool! I have a delivery driver that hauls east from California, so location isn't a huge concern. Would prefer a western rust-free car. Thanks!

Two Polara's listed on deals on wheels. The second one is a 4 door. I believe there was one for sale at the Monroe, WA swap meet a few weeks ago. Maybe someone got the number?

65 300 "L"

Only pic i have right now from this spring. Looks like original paint under someones primer job. .060 413 engine, 727 auto. Both rebuilt but not running. Power bucket seats, floor shift with console and vac gauge. Power windows, A/C, tilt. So on and so forth. Pretty clean body. Lower drivers side qtr panel damage.

I'll keep that in mind. I don't know if I've ever seen one. Must be pretty rare???? I'm really looking for the 64 330/440/polara body style, so we'll see what pops up. Thanks!

It is a pretty rare car as they made 2405 hardtops and 440 convertibles in 1965. Also the last year of the letter car. Can get more pics or info if needed.

Would a 66 Coronet do anything for you?
That's a 66 convertable.
