Question about Inner Rockers
67-72 Cab:
When you install the inner rockers (long flat replacement body panel) does it sandwich in between the floor pan over hang and the outer rocker, or does it cover up the over hang to seal it off? Do you bolt it to the front cab pillar/fender bolt hole area? Sorry for all the questions, getting closer to getting the cab done.

replaces the floor
I may be wrong but I think that it acually replaces the "L" part on the floor - where it bends 90 degrees down towars the ground. I think they are made for people who don't need the whole floor.
If you have replaced both the front and rear floors you should need it. and i'm pretty sure it isn't supposed to be "sandwiched" anywhere anyone else know about these? That is my thoughts on the subject

you are right i made the same mistake and bought the inner rockers made me scratch my head for a long time before i figured it out that they are already built into the new floor pans.

Do you think it sandwiches the "L part of the floor board" between the outer and the flat inner rocker piece ? We've replaced the floor.

Like squirel said, if you replace the floor pans you don't need the inner rockers they are part of the new panels. I replaced mine because the floors were fine but the inners were shot. I had my neighbor make me a set at work...
