Question Hedman Hedder question

I have a catalog showing Hedman's charts and notes for the correct headers for a small block in a K-20 with a small block.
My concern is a mention in a note of a Dealer installed clutch pivot tube that is " behind or under the rear exhaust tube" .
Does anyone know about what they mean here.???
My 69 looks to be in the same position on frame rail to block as a 66 I had with 327 factory, if someone could snap a picture of there truck linkage at the header area I would be able to compare. I believe I have a stock set up but the location that Hedman talks about is so close to what I have that I am not sure which is which that they talk about????

Thanks,

Dave

I installed hedman headers last month. The clutch(zbar) to block conection was pretty close to headers, but okay. When clutch is pressed, it does come close to hitting the headers, but just touches (if that). By the way, this is on a 69 k5 4x4. I'll get a pic later(hour or two) if no one else post.

Thumbs up Headman

I have Headman Shorty's. Its close but it fit's fine. I called Headman and talked to them before I purchased from SUMMIT. They have great costumer support. I will be getting rid of the 4-speed and going Auto soon I can't wait. I picked up my headers for approx $135. shipped The local NAPA said he couldn't get them his cost for less than $150.
