Question Rear Gear

Does anybody know the gear ratio of A 69 chevy 3/4 ton 396 Turbo-400 trans. The truck is all stock.

I thought the 3/4 ton only had two choices. 4.57 with the 4 speed, 4.10 with the automatic.

If it has an Eaton rear end it could have 4:11's, mine does. Originally had a 350/TH350, now has a 350/TH400.

the big block trucks usually got the dana, and acording to the GM catalogs, came standard with the 3.54 gears. I would have to look, but I don't remember seeing an option gear for 396/402 trucks.
This is why I would give my left nut for a one ton big block rear axle. Caddys don't like to rev up much.

Andy, I thought the dana 60 only came in the 3/4 ton trucks and the 1 tons all got the Eaton HO72.
