'67 Shortbed Fleetside
I have found a truck locally and I was just wondering what would be a good price for it. It is a 1967 Chevy Shortbed with ZERO rust (VERY RARE in IL) and it is said to be completely unmolested. Original I6 and Auto Trans. Paint is orig. and decent.
I thought i'd turn the question over to the experts here. So, How much is she worth? |

I could give you a range, but without pictures or more details it would be a wide one.

If he knows what he has he'll be wanting some pretty good bucks for it. Say between 3 and 7 grand. If he doesn't know what he has and is ready to just sell the damn thing, you could, likely, get it for 500 to as high as 3 or 4 grand. Depending on, of course, if he's a "motivated" seller. Hard to say really without getting an eyeball on it. Also depends if the guy knows what he has. If he does, I hope you're ready to buy, cause it sounds Killer even if you have to pay a little more than you wanna. Have you set eyes on this truck yourself? Short bed or Long? Fleet or Step? Don't forget the first thing you look at is to open the glovebox door.

Thanks chubbs. That's a pretty good $500 buy.
I like that GMC look too. One day I would like to have one of those too but those GMC's are rarer than the chevy's

I have no pics of the truck. I am hoping to make the trip to see it soon. I have been shot a real good price on it. It is a Short Fleet. Sorry Meathead, I don't know a Paula Dilley.
