blower motor question
My blower motor or fan is starting to make a rattling sound? Is it easy to replace? Like it looks just unbolt old and bolt in new? And tricks or problems with this? It does come out from the engine side right?
Thanks

O.K. I pulled my motor ran it outside of housing ran fine. Put it back and it starts rubing and hitting the inside someware. I used some washers to shim it it is better now but still not right. Is the motor just wore out and letting the fan wobble to much? Just dont want to replace the unit if I dont have to blows real nice even with noise.

pull the motor out and bench test it. I have found in others that they seem to suck some trash up in the housing where the motor bolts up to. if the motor does fine on the bench test run your hand down in the motor housing and feel around. just replaced a motor myself and cost was almost 20 bucks for a new one at a local parts house

Anyone know if that plastic wheel pulls off once you remove the nut?
