electrical problem

i've got a 1968 chevy 1/2 ton truck. when i use the turn signals or sometimes turn on the lights the radio stops playing then comes back on. whats up with that.

just a guess but maybe you have a weak battery...when you turn the lights on it draws juice and maybe robs the radio of power to run it

sounds like a grounding problem with custom wiring like 70c10 said. check to see what circuit that the radio may be spliced into.
