Question How do you get a pic under your name?

Hey,
This new board is very cool! Thanks a million Josh! Just wondering how you get a pic under your username like I notice some of you have? Some have pics of their trucks, beer, homer simpson, etc Thanks guys.......Lumpy

when i click change avatar i only have a no bullet...I dont see a yes bullet. But I read you have to have 100 posts to have a custom avatar. And this will be my 100th post. So I will try it after this Thanks

Lumpy, go over to General Discussion for the details. Briefly, it has to be a thumbnail pic (100 x 100 pixels or less). Use the user cp button and go through your options. I was lost for a while myself, but after you check it out, everything is pretty easy, and this new board ROCKS!!!

OK now I can select a custom avatar. I uploaded a pic but said it was too large. How can I get the pic to be 100x100 pixels? All my pics are 640x480 and about 50k in size.
