Maybe 72 door panels added to an older truck? Some ppl seem like the later panels better.

thats kinda what i tought but the window crank rods were the short ones like in my 67 chevy and the window crank was just touching the door panel ???? i should have looked behind the panel to see how it was hooked to the door i will when i go back to that junkyard

72 is the only year they had plastic panels aint it ?

72 had plastic no other year.

Seems they just put 72 panels on the door but didnt change to the longer door and window cranks.

i didnt think that would work because the crank rod is longer on the 72 and short on the 67
So a person can put 72 door panels on a 67 door and still use the 67 door cranks rods and it not hurt the 72 door panels?
(i know the 72 panels clip on and the 67 bolted on and in most cases the mounting holes are differant)
