Electrical issues

I am in the process of installing a Painless wiring kit in my 71 shortbed. I've gotten almost all of the bugs worked out except the following:

1. The wiper motor stays on all of the time. New wiper motor and switch.
2. Nothing works on accessory. I had the same problem with my old harness. A new ignition switch didn't help.

Anybody, please help.
