Love the new board but..........

First the big problem... every time I'm done reading a post, the pop up window comes up saying that I have a PM, when I really don't .

And one question. Most of my pictures file sizes are waayy to big to attach. And they are all jpegs. Is there a way to boost that limit? Or do I need to figure out a way to shrink my file sizes.

I kinda like the "your pic is too big" that way, no one will be getting something 1400 pixels wide.
But that is just my opinion.
Try opening up your pic, then double clicking it. That will open it in a manipulation program (in my puter anyways) If yours does too, then you can resize it there. About 500 pixels wide is good for this forum.

BTW Andy. I'm not talking side to side, or up and down. I have that sized already, I'm taking the actual file size. Most of my pictures are over the 102400 bytes size limit. most are around 250000 bytes.

Under options of your graphcis porgram there should be a way to adjust the JPEG comrpession. Ussually around 60-70% compression will get a 640x480 image under 100k
