72 GMC parts truck

I have a 72 GMC parts truck for sale. It has a clear IL title, and was a driver for the previous owner until about 18 months ago when he pulled the motor and transmission. Truck is located in south-central Illinois. Asking $150.

Truck has complete disc brake setup include power booster, m/c and prop. valve.
Leaf spring rearend, not sure what gears.
Cab is in decent shape, it at least needs rockers and corners.
Doors are in fair condition, one is missing the push-button on the handle.
All glass is there and not cracked.
Hood is very straight with only surface rust.
Front bumper is pretty straight with light surface rust.

I took the door mirrors, window regulators, fuel sending unit and rear bumper. Tailgate was missing when I bought the truck.

Parts

How about the part between the firewall and the booster? Don't need the booster or prop. valve just the mount. Shipped to 98407?

Thanks - Bob

Sorry guys, I'm not parting the truck out just yet, I'd like to get rid of the whole thing at once. I'll try to get more pics up this weekend.

IF you decide to part out the truck, IF it is a 1/2 ton and IF it is good, I am interested in the prop. valve. $$$$ and shipping to 67152. Thanks.

I'm in Vandalia. Right now, the truck is at my cousin's shop in St. Elmo.
Got him to take a few more pics for me. He says the trailer is parked too close to the shop to get a good pic of the front fender, I'll try again tomorrow.

Hey Skii and 72402.....I am Mississippi....and am searching for a cab. If you all want to go in and get this thing (group buy), I will pay for the truck if someone can go get it. All I need is the bare cab....no doors, etc....and you guys can have everything else!

I guess if nobody is really interested in the whole truck, I'll start stripping the good parts off it and junk the rest. Let me know by Friday because the truck might be parted on Saturday. Also, the prices for all the individual parts together will likely be more than the $150 I am asking for the whole truck, to cover the time it takes to remove them. If I part the truck, I will not be able to ship large parts like doors, fenders, etc.

If you decide to part out the truck, I am interested in the proportioning valve, assuming it is still good. Shipped $$ to 67152 zip code.

Parts truck

Putter, I'm just like you, I'd pay for the truck if someone would go get it. We need to work out some sort of relay system for stuff like this. Frank

Truck has to go soon. Not because I need the money, but because it is occupying my cousin's trailer. If he needs his trailer before I sell the truck or part it out, the whole thing will go to the junk yard. I'd much rather see the good parts go to someone who needs them.

Ya'll keep me posted. I'd gladly pay the $150 for the chassis, but Illinois is a little far for me to go pick it up. Frank
