Met a board member & got my "NEW" Burb...

Tom(Cheesewagon) delivered my "new" 72 C10 Burb today. It made it with out a lick of trouble from Ohio to NJ last night... Here she is parked next to her older sister, my 71' C10 Burb... Tom is a great guy! Had dinner w/ me & my fiance last night and went to DMV with me this morning. Even followed me to my dads & helped me unload the parts out of the burb... Great guy. He is taking my old 92 Caprice wagon back to Ohio where Crews will be picking it up from him and taking it home with him...

Cool huh? Tom has been here multiple times. Got parts, brought parts. Neat to have members helping members out.

yep, met tom a few times, stopped by here, and a couple times at mikes...good guy.
So did Tom drive that thing over there? I thought it had a rod knocking.

Yep, he drove it clear from Ohio. No rod knock(knock on wood!). Was probably the 1/4's flappin' in the wind... I started fixin' the worst side today... Still have to replace the rockers but the wheel arch & dogleg are done...

maybe I need to shut up...
I think I should delete my replys and go away whistling with my hands in my pockets acting all innocent and stuff...yeah...I'll do that.

lol!!! I'm not worried about it though if it does lunch on me, have a garage full of smallblocks at my dads and I can have it back running in a day. I just hope it does it close to home...
