Question Info on a couple motors by the #'s?

I need some information on the stamp pad #'s on a couple motors.I have a castings #'s book,but have not been able to run down the stamped #'s on any of the stamped #'s websites.The 1st one has casting # of 3970010 = 69 and up 350, with stamped # VO223TDD.The 2nd has a casting # 3970024= a 307 '69-73, stamped # TO51700A. Thanks

and this is as close as I can get to the 307
1968 DA 307 man trans, 3 spd - 200 2 A F X

well I nailed down the first one...I believe if you look close at your numbers on the 307 closer..its probably a DA....
