Looking for a Stance

I know I want to drop my 69 SWB. I just don't like the space between the tires and fenders. I do not want to give up any ground clearance. I am thinking about a 2/3 drop with springs in the front and coil-over shocks replacing the springs in the back. Does anyone have a 2/3 on a SWB that they can show me pics of? Thanks.

There are plenty of 2/4 and 4/6 drops on here but i havent seen and 2/3's. I would think that with a 2/3 you would still have plenty of gap unless you have giant sidewall tires.

Yeah, I know 3 inches in the back doesn't appear as common. I was looking at these coil overs that provide a 3 inch drop (see links below). If you want to go lower, you have to use blocks with it and that takes away from ground clearance.

Just remember, If your Springs are original or very OLD they Have settled some and If you put on coilover shocks that say they will give you 3 inch drop. It may be less than that from where you are sitting now.

3" springs in the front and 4" springs in the rear. Hasn't hurt the ride quality at all. Oh, they are 17x8's all the way around.
