Nice burb seat

Took this seat out of a 73 burb that was being junked out and I had it reupholstered. I have changed my mind and decided to go with my original bench seat. The center fold down console is oak veneer 3/4" plywood finished with three coats of polyurethane. The center section is the ONLY section that folds forward. There is a small cut on the back of the drivers side seat where my kids were goofing around in my garage (STAY OUT!) and knocked something over onto it. It has never been installed in my truck. I paid $250 for the upholstery job, and I'm taking the hit because of the small cut and the fact that it's in my way. It's too big to ship (IMO), so local pick up only. I'm asking $150 for it. I would be willing to trade for a 71-71 coil spring rearend preferably with 3.73-4.11 gears.
