Cruise control question

Did the original factory cruise control attach (clip on) to the turn signal lever?
Anyone have a picture?
My donor truck had factory cruise and I want to install it in my 69 GMC LWB.

Thanks,
aitch

The activation button was on the end (tip) of the turn signal lever. OEM ones were not hung from the lever.

that's right, they were built into the lever....except in 72, when it was under the dash.
