My new Tail lights

I just got some new tail lights the other day. I've been looking for some good led lights that will work with a step side. I finally found them at Princess Auto. I like to call them ghetto clears. Have a look...

Those would get you a ticket here. One of the vendors has killer L.E.D tail lights for a step for sale. I'll be buying some if I keep the truck a stepside.

Ohh Yeahh! Those are real nice. Do they double as a plate light too? What is the name of that color? Looks good. Nice mod.

No they don't double as a plate light, I kinda wish they did though, because now i have to get one. My old bulbs illuminated the plate.

The name of the colour is Mandarin Copper (PPG). Copperhead used it (copycat). After 4 years, the colour still looks good, thats what I like about it.

As far as tickets go, there was a cop following me yesterday, I was sweating, but he didn't seem to care. I know there are much worse tail lights around here. The thing that amazes me is just how bright they are...my old lights were nothing close.

No reflectors, just LED's like on the new ambulances and buses.
I posted this picture earlier, it might help show the interior better.

And yes Purple Gas, those oval ones are pretty cool, i was thinking of even trying those on the stepside, but didn't know how they would look.

Amen - it's amazing the kind of stuff they have there! Also I like the array of cheap "Power Fist" tools they have that a person doesn't mind shelling out for, to kill off in that hard to do job that will invariably destroy the tool.
