Before and After pics

Here are some before and after pics of my truck.

First, here is how it looked when I bought it.

This next pic is after adding a 4" lift.

Finally, here is the truck with about 7 1/2" of rear lift and 5-6" of front lift.

My favorite after pic is this one, but I definitely need to get some offroad pics.

Don't leave me hanging - what height are your thinking about. New tire size too? You just got those tires replaced didn't you?

Mudder67, do you have some pics of your truck posted somewhere? I would love to get a better look at it.

Re: Before and After pics

Just thought I would dig up an ancient post of mine since it needs updating

This is roughly 10" of lift, which hopefully will go down to 8" this winter.

Nope, 3/4 ton. Dana 44 front and Eaton HO52 with factory No-Spin, both 4.56 ratio.

Big plus is the front axle is being replaced with a Dana 60 this winter. I picked up this beauty and it is happily giving up it's front axle.

Talk about a bargain, I got it for $1,000 only missing the bbc. I sold the tranny and transfer case and driveshafts to a good buddy for $300 and a couple weeks ago his brother called saying he blew up the rear axle in his plow truck. He bought this truck from me minus the front axle for $300 so my Dana 60 price is down to $400!

Re: Before and After pics

You`re keeping it single, right?Did you keep the cab lights? You need "30" emblems now.

Re: Before and After pics

Yep, my buddy that bought the tranny and t/c has a Dana 60 srw front 4.10 axle that is going in his 70 K30 (he converted the C30 to K30) and needs it to be drw and I, of course, need srw but this one is a 4.56 drw so were gonna swap the outer stuff so we both end up with what we need. Can't beat that!

Nope, didn't keep the cab lights nor the 30 emblems - wouldn't want to draw any unnecessary attention to myself when I'm driving my truck

Re: Before and After pics

No idea if those emblems were correct for that truck. All I was concerned about was the Dana 60 and confirming it had the correct gears for me.
