Question Original bucket seat questions

I found a pair of decent bucket seats in a 68 or 69 panel truck. They are low back and an ugly light brown color but are original. Would these be correct for pickups? I think the passenger one tips forward like my old 69 Blazer.

Any chance these would be correct for a 1971 pickup? If not, any idea on what these are worth? If I can't use them, I might rescue them and sell.

Thanks,

Bob

If they tilt they are prob. from a blazer. Look at the brackets, the pass. side should be a L type bracket that is a solid piece, nothing like regular truck brackets. Harold

buckets

If they were in a panel they may very well be the utilty buckets with the metal backs. They have lower backs and are wider. They were also available in Blazers but not as common.

These are originals for sure, the whole truck is virgin! I even got the original door window sweeps and rubbers that are in great shape!

Not sure if the seat backs are metal though, would have to check. Might get them to "sell/find a good home" and the rear "rust free" doors too!
