If there aren't any cracks in the 71-72 shift indicator, I'll take it.

pjmoreland -- 71/72 pointer and gear indicator have no cracks. $12.50.

Does the 67-70 gear indicator housing have much pitting in the chrome?

incoma - The finish is the non-glare (non-reflective) they starting using in 67/68. I would say it is somewhat pitted - not bad but not show quality. I will post a close-up pic tomorrow if you want.

I guess most would call it driver quality.

Thank you for asking - Bob

HOTFUN - Parts mailed today as promised. Sounds like you have a nice project coming along. What type of steering wheel are you using? If early GM 3 spoke truck do you have a shiney horn cap or a CST cap? Chevrolet or GMC?

THANKS AGAIN - Bob

Robert - Upon closer inspection the fiber optic cable has a small flaw in it. Looks like it works fine but not 100% sure. Say $10.00 shipped. I'm just trying to empty the basement out not get rich. Thats for 3 pieces - optic, socket and tab.

Let me know and I will PM you my address.

Hope this isn't too much of a disapointment. Sorry - Bob

I have a mint 67-68 CST cap with perfect chrome for my 67 project. I do have the CST style GMC lettered cap that came on the donor truck. It has a beautiful clear acrylic center but there is some minor pitting on the outer ring.
I'll let you know as soon as the column pieces show up. Thanks so very much!
Mark

Bob. Got the indicator setting with the 67 column and it looks AWESOME. Getting excited now with my near mint original automatic column and a speedwarning/tach dash.
Thanks for all your help.

Thanks for the unsolicited comments (positive feedback) guys. The weather here is not bad on plastic parts. Not too hot to bake the plastic or fade the paint. Dash board heater/defrost vents are usually good if the hidden clips aren't broken. Sheet metal is another story if left in the open.
