You know that's gotta come back off prior to paint...

It's easier to install the inner onto the outer and then put the whole thing in as one unit.
Maybe that's how you did it anyway.

Looks good, nice to see some progress.

Heck yeah, keep it flat black. I kind of want to paint the hooptee that color but the wife want's it new gm blue, and I made the mistake of telling her she could pick the color since I was spending so much $$$ on it.

If both headlights are off the same way you could move everything over,,,,this is going to be a bitc# for to explain but Ill try,,..those little triangles in the corner of the rad support-fenders has some adjusmet to them you may need to enlarge some holes,, but try to loosen everything and try to move the fenders over witch ever way you have to move it,,,if its only off a 1/4 inch you sould be able to get it I put a repo grill in on a truck I painted for someone and didnt have a problem with fitment just didnt think the lines were as crisp,,it was from lmc,,,I hope this helps Later Sean

THANKS GUYS FOR THE COMPLEMENTS, I'M GETT'N THERE

35" BFG'S ON 15 X 8 73-87 4WD RALLY'S, THE LIFT IS A 4"F/6"R,
WITH THE TOP ON IT SIT'S PERFECTLY LEVEL, IN OTHER WORDS
THE A$$ IS NOT HIGHER OR LOWER THAN THE FRONT, I WOULD
LIKE TO UP GRADE TO 10" WIDE WHEELS JUST FOR THE LOOK.

Luv
I have 35's on mine with a 4" front lift and the front of the tires rub on the fenders! I also have 10" wide wheels......Might want to re-consider 10"......that might be the reason why they rub. I just ordered a new set of Toyo 33" tires.... Open Country M/T's and Weld EVO wheels! Take a look what do you think? They are going to be 8.5" wheel instead of 10" I like the straight tire look...
