I don't know...I'm just next door in Arkansas and they bring a pretty price over here. I'd say it just all depends on the condition of the truck and the potential buyer - IMO

too many rust-free trucks in california to make it worth your while... you're better off selling it in the northeast or upper midwest where everything rusts out within 5 years.....

HI From CA, I was out at the Pomona swap meet last weekend, and there were 5 or 6 Chevy's out there, and not one of them sold. i am trying to sell my car to buy a rust free 68 with 72 front end 4x4 with a 383 stroker for 2700.00. So i doubt you would get more for your truck out here. Like bigvinnie said too many rust free trucks out here.

I was at Pomona, too. I was in the car corral all day trying to sell a car. The only thing I saw sell was a 63 Riviera that looked NEW and it brought $6000. A friend had a 57 Safari wagon there. He was asking 17500, it was nice but needed the interior redone. He dropped to 13,500. He sold it for 11,000. I didn't sell the 65 F85 wagon there, dropped it to 1100.00, for a running driving stopping licensed car and brought it home. While it was on my trailer at a buddy's house, sold it to a guy from Texas for 1400.00. No, taking it Cali won't bring big money.

I probably saw you there Buster. I was trying to sell a green 72 Lemans. Did you see the 68 with a 72 front end primered grey 4x4 that was there? i think the guy was asking 3500. He will take 2700 for it now, I was trying to talk him into a trade, but he needs the money. There were a few 67-72's there.
If you know anyone around that wants a 72 Lemans for around $4000.00 Send them my way. blugirl_92054@yahoo.com Wifes Email LOL Thanks Damon Here's a pic. http://us.f1.yahoofs.com/users/bc626...sj4G9ARB1PwUxu |
