dually parts needed
i have reciently purchased a single wheel 1 ton truck and want to switch it to a true dually.i need the entire front suspension and the rear axle.

i have a rear axle..
i dont know how you would get it from cali though... i only want 100 for it with 4.11 gears

2 or 4wd ? I have dually hubs and rotors for a d60 I would trade for single wheel hubs for a one ton d60 later, Mike

i know of one in a junkyard here in NJ i dont know if its too far to come for parts but im sure you could get the whole truck for a small price check the thread about junkyarding by me a couple weeks ago for pics

I have a complete 86 gmc crew cab dually with a blown up 6.2 diesel. i will take 1000 for the complete truck.

Draggin . I made the same swap awhile back On a 79/74. I did not change front suspension. I discoverd it is the same except for the rotors. I just swapped out the single wheel rotors for the dually style front rotors and even used the same brake calipers. I did this on a 3/4 ton front suspension. I would think the one ton would work as well.
One Bad.. I saw the dually rear on the 67/72 board. figured it was one of those years. What year did it come from? Do you have the stock 16" steel dually rims as well? Last edited by Olden Days; 04-02-2005 at 11:46 AM. |

You can have my 79 dually crew cab for $500 minus engine and trans. Should make it to Wichita Falls if you want the whole truck for $1500.00
